Warranty Policy

Terms of sale: Goods are sold subject to buyer's inspection, and may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of delivery, provided always that the buyer shall be solely responsible for all shipping, insurance and brokerage charges, both ways, as well as fees (4%).

Warranty: The goods are warranted by Plasmafire Intl to be free of defects in material or workmanship for an unlimited time period, and Plasmafire Intl agrees to repair, or at its sole discretion, replace, or refund the price of, any goods found to be defective after the return, at the buyer's expense, of the goods to Plasmafire Intl's factory for inspection and evaluation. Plasmafire Intl will, in its sole discretion, determine the eligibility of returned goods for warranty repair, replacement or refund. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

The glass tube is not warranteed against breakage, whatever the cause. The glass tube is not warranteed against damage caused by fluids entering the tube.

Returning goods must be marked "RETURNED FOR REPAIR".

Any refund of the purchase price after the expiration of 10 days from the date of delivery is solely at the discretion of Plasmafire Intl, and is subject to deduction for shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee, and a further deduction for wear and tear or other damage caused by the buyer or shipper. Shipping, insurance, and brokerage, both ways, are not refundable.

Item - Steam sauna

Warranty: The goods are warranted by Plasmafire Intl to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years, and Plasmafire Intl agrees to repair, or at its sole discretion, replace, or refund the price of, any goods found to be defective after the return, at the buyer's expense, of the goods to Plasmafire Intl's factory for inspection and evaluation. Plasmafire Intl will, in its sole discretion, determine the eligibility of returned goods for warranty repair, replacement or refund. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Plasmafire Intl will reimburse the buyer for reasonable shipping costs for goods deemed eligible for warranty repair or replacement, provided that the returning goods are marked "RETURNED FOR REPAIR". Non-eligible goods will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's sole expense. Goods not reclaimed by the buyer after thirty days will be deemed to be abandoned.
